1st Friday Waco is a recurring community celebration designed to support local businesses and welcome families to explore Downtown Waco. On the 1st Friday of each month, participating shops, restaurants, and bars offer discounts and specials. You’ll also find live entertainment, music, street activations, and kid-friendly activities throughout the district.

Our mission is to bring people to Downtown Waco, Texas for shopping, dining, and entertainment — strengthening local businesses and creating memorable experiences for residents and visitors.

Parking? No Problem! No Problem!

Rumor has it there isn’t any parking downtown. That’s just not true. You can park on the side of most streets and there are numerous free parking lots. Also, you can park at most retail and restaurant locations and there are several paid parking lots. Check out the parking map below.
